Falls Around Her | Feature Film

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Darlene Naponse for years. We have collaborated on short films, documentaries and corporate projects. This film was her second feature and has toured festivals around the world.

I shot all the aerials for the film. I used the Inspire 1 RAW with a variety of lenses. We wanted to capture the wide open expanses of the community. My P4P also made a couple shots into the final cut.

From Wiki– Falls Around Her is a 2018 Canadian drama film, directed by Darlene Naponse. The film stars Tantoo Cardinal as Mary Birchbark, an internationally famous First Nations musician who returns to her home community to recharge and reevaluate her life, only to find that her fame is not so easily left behind.
